JOIN THE APOLLO PTA!

The Apollo Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a group of parents and educators dedicated to enhancing the education of students at Apollo Junior High. Our goal is to maintain our school’s high-quality and well-rounded educational programs in the face of limited funding from the state. Please join us!

The Apollo PTA sponsors programs that support:

• Apollo Staff and School - The PTA pays for classroom supplies and materials needed to enhance the student’s education, and provides luncheons for teachers and staff through out the year.

• Apollo Students and Parents - The PTA maintains the Apollo PTA website, supports and funds the Arts in Education and Youth Protection events, sponsors Multicultural night, and hosts the school dance.  The PTA also manages the Panther Depot which stocks and sells all those last minute supplies needed by your student!

To finance these programs, the Apollo PTA sponsors limited fundraisers during the year.  We greatly value the participation of all Apollo families and hope every family will join the PTA this year.

By joining the PTA, you not only help our school, you also receive many great benefits as well.

Membership dues are $7.00 per individual and $14.00 per family membership. $4.00 of you membership goes directly to the National and State PTA, which makes you a member of these organizations as well.  See the benefits below for being a member of the Texas PTA.
